We were busy getting our home ready for sale. It still had the original roof which was reaching the end of its warranty and not looking very good. We thought a roof replacement would be a major hassle and that we wouldn't have time to have it done before our sale.

One day we noticed the house across the street had their roof replaced by Woodland HomeWorks who did it quickly, and when they cleaned up you couldn't even tell they were there, other than the new roof and their sign. We were due to have real estate pictures taken the next Wednesday. To make the timing even worse, we were leaving town the day before the pictures, so we wouldn't be there. We thought the pictures would look so much better with a new roof, but didn't really think there was enough time to get it done. We figured we'd give it a shot anyway, so I called Woodland HomeWorks and explained our predicament.

Their whole team jumped into action. They sent Joe out that day to take a look at our roof and prepare for an estimate. The next day they came back with the estimate, which was very reasonable. Aja coordinated the scheduling for the project and said they would do everything they could to try to complete the roof replacement all in one day, before our picture date. They would even try to get it done that Monday, before we left town, so we could be there during the install. Leading up to the date of our install there was one rain day and they called to let us know they were doing everything they could to still meet our install date that Monday.

Monday rolled around and the dumpster was dropped off that morning. Next arrived all the materials followed shortly after by the installation team and the project manager, Nick. They covered our shrubs, siding and deck with tarps and started removing the old roof. They worked hard all day long and replaced the roof on time and on budget. When they were done Nick gave us a walk-through explaining everything they did. Then they cleaned everything up so that you wouldn't even know they were there. All that remained was the dumpster, which they had removed the following day, Tuesday.

When the real estate agent and photographer arrived for the photoshoot at 9AM the next day, Wednesday, the only sign that they were ever there was that our house now had a beautiful new roof for the photos which turned out phenomenal!

I would highly recommend Woodland HomeWorks to anyone considering a roof replacement. Their entire team was extremely pleasant and professional from start to finish. They made what could be a major hassle so easy and painless and their rates were very reasonable for such top-notch performance.

We settled on Woodland to completely redo the exterior of our home as our house was old the sheathing used back then was Gibson board. Long story short we knew we had water issues and we knew that we were going to open a can of worms on this project but we along with Woodland agreed to take everything down to the studs, re insulate and sheath and finish it off with vinyl siding. The team was super responsive throughout the entire project. We did uncover some gems along the way when opening up the walls but they were handled fast and with great work and care. We could not be more happy with the work the team did on our home and I would be happy to serve as a reference for anyone considering Woodland for their next big project. We are so happy we did not go with the other two companies that scoped out the job as their solution was to just go over the existing siding.  If you want the job done the right way with amazing results you should call these guys.
