Awesome! Amazing! Cameron came to clean the air vents. He explained all he was doing, and showed me how everything was done. He was so nice, and polite and very respectful.  From Nikki who took my initial call, and Derek who came to give the estimate, to Cameron,  I would call Coit for service again.  I don’t know why I waited so long.  And a bonus: now my house smells so clean. Thank you COIT!!...

I had a large rug that had not been cleaned in eight years and with dogs playing on it and having   accidents, I was sure that Coit could take care of it. They did a wonderful job. They were very respectful when they picked up the rug as well as put it back down, taking care as they moved furniture out of the way.  I'm very happy with my experience.  The rug looks new...

Jake,  who is evidently quality control, bent, cut past vents, cut trim, left cut lines hanging off, left fingerprints on trim of all our vents. When I spoke to him, he blamed it all on the guy who assisted him. My husband and I were home at time of cleaning saw only Jake on the ladder. The painter, Daniel, came out and took copious notes and pictures of everything. We have used Coit for years and this experience is enough for us to no longer use, and tell our friends about the lack of professionalism and neglect to our home. As a response to Jake’s post, this is the voicemail he left us after he called and we asked him not to call back. There was no miscommunication because we did understand reasonable damage. Our builder verified only 1 vent MAY have had silicone around it.  I am adding photos of how they looked when the job was complete to show this was not reasonable. We are waiting on approval for the painter to be able to rectify the damages...
