I had a leak and very old roof, so I knew I needed a lot of work. I called several companies for  estimates and AIC was by far the best. The person who did my estimate was very honest describing what needed to be done and showing me very clear pictures. He also was very patient explaining all my options for shingles, vents, gutters and gutter guards. He had samples of everything and videos about them and their quality/function. The scheduling process was very efficient, straightforward and quick. On installation day for the roof, they did an excellent job protecting my house and cleaning up. Marty, the installation supervisor, was on site the whole day and made me feel very confident about the whole process (as well as just being a really fun person to talk to!). And when the gutters were installed the next day, that crew was super fast and just as great quality. I highly recommend AIC...

The crew showed up at the break of dawn and went at it. There were at least 12 people here. They were done by 3:30.  Bear in mind I have a multi gabled home.Each person knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional and efficient. When done the property was thoroughly cleaned. I had AIC 18 years ago to replace a storm damaged roof and they did such a great job that when I needed a new roof I immediately called them. First things first. When they came to give the estimate, they were in a company market vehicle and uniform.  Second, the estimate was fair, quick, and to the point. I was just getting gutters. Lucas Moses is my salesman, and he took notice that there were no trees, so there was no point in an up sale.
Day of installation,  if the dog didn't bark, would not have known the guys had started the job. They rang the bell to let me know that they had finished and if I liked the look. They were quiet and did a great job. The flowers and mulch had not even been disturbed. Great job, guys. I will be in touch again...
