We had a roof and guttering replaced by O'Danny Boy Builders. Jacob walked us through claiming process and was in constant communication until the project was complete. His staff of installers are professional and very courteous. They were prompt and cleaned up the job site above expectations. This company is clearly focused on being a kind, service minded and capable solution with the horsepower to make it happen. I am so grateful that they were part of a solution I desperately needed. Due to a series of storms in our area all of my local contractors were completely overwhelmed with work and they were weeks if not months away from even being able to look at my roof. We had hail damage from one weekend storm, then wind damage from another when a tornado passed within a mile and a half of our house leaving two areas of my roof exposed to the elements down to the tar paper. While in town, I noticed the company name on the jacket that Trent was wearing and engaged him in conversation. Before the end of the day he was on my roof and had two tarps in place before the heavy rain forecast for the overnight arrived into the next day. That's when Trent became my Program Manager, not only for my house but for my mom's house next door. While our family decided on what color we wanted to use for each structure, Trent went to work engaging my insurance company adjuster and was ready to place an order as soon as we had our decision made. Shortly thereafter supplies arrived and that weekend there was a huge crew which arrived early in the morning and worked until late that evening to completion. Sergio, the Site Manager did an excellent job along with his crew. He worked well with Trent and they made sure that not only the job was done right in their opinion, but to our satisfaction as well. Same was true with my Mom's house where the company was able to honor my request for Sergio to return and for him and Trent to oversee that project as well. My thanks to Trent, Sergio, the crews AND the entire ODB team at all levels, for the parts they played in making this happen...

Company is disrespectful, all they have to do is move forward 5 feet to prevent overhang on the driveway. No one has been parked in front of my house all day, so they could have pulled forward. Who thought it was a good idea to park like that overhanging a driveway with ladders.

Update: Was going to put this out of my mind until their employee, Brian, came and pled for me to take down the post. He said “he would do anything to get me to remove the post.” Brian claimed he didn’t realize how long the overhang was on his ladders, claiming he had just purchased them. I have no problems with companies parking in front of my house, work has to be done. Not realizing is not a good enough reason for parking like that...
