After dealing with a nightmare of a contractor and searching up and down we found bak brothers. (What a blessing)

From the very beginning, they were polite, but also very informative on each and every part the job entailed.

The turnaround time was great and all (few weeks) but what was even better was the patience in working with us as we were very indecisive at first.

If you ever have a question, comment, or concern they are quick to respond and work with.

Overall this is dream house that was only able to be accomplished through these guys. The level to detail with caulking, FLASHING THE ENTIRE HOUSE, are reasons why we would recommend them to anyone looking to transform a propert...

Bak Brothers did an excellent job with a full roof replacement on my home. Artur came to my house, inspected the roof, showed me detailed pictures and explained why a replacement was necessary and what needed to be done. He then explained the entire process from start to finish in a detailed way that I could understand! His project manager, Mac, was also excellent. He was thoughtful, responsive, and kept me in the loop on everything as the project was going on. I will absolutely be contacting Bak brothers again for future home remodeling. We have been planning to update our entry doors for the last few years. We received multiple quotes from different contractors in the last year but meeting with Artur was different right from the start. He truly separated himself from the competition and it was noticable through his professionalism, communication and understanding of our needs. Throughout the process,  he kept in communication with routine progress updates on our custom order.   Our doors have been installed and the service provided was exceptional.
