I was immediately impressed by Ruben's expertise when I first called for assistance. As a relatively new landlord, a leaky roof is at the top of the list of things we don't want to happen. Ruben but my mind at ease with how he explained everything and but my mind even more at ease when the source of the leak was properly identified and repaired. I found A Grade searching Google. Upin my dismay, a lot of companies did not service my zip code. I called A Grade after hours and Ruben got back to me immediately the next day. He scheduled an appointment, his technicians were on prompt, and he was a very good communicator throughout.
