Had a good experience with Anthony and his team. Just had some minor roof repairs done for a section that was leaking:

“Removing and replace ridge cap shingles  approximately 10 feet install new GAF architectural shingle Ridge Cap Using one and a quarter inch Roof Nails

Flash entire chimney with rubber roofing compound to seal and protect roof from any water infiltration

Seal around all roof vents and pipes with a polyurethane roofing caulk as a preventative maintenance to ensure a tight seal”

We did have to reschedule after the initial crew arrived without a ladder tall enough, but wasn’t a big deal. Fairly priced for Chicago and appreciated the use of a drone to easily assess our roof...
