Mike and Jim Prusak from Prusak Roofing went out of their way to take me step by step thru the process of contacting my insurance company and completing my roofing replacement.
Mike has followed up a number of times, great follow thru.
The teams doing the roof replacement, teams doing the Fascia, and the teams replacing Gutters and downspouts were very Professional and Efficient. Great job by all.

Prusak Roofing was the best way to go for us.  Every employee, especially the owner, Mike, was very professional, friendly and eager to work with us.  Our roof, gutters, fascia, etc. were done in 3 days.  The crew cleaned up after themselves.  The finished project looks so beautiful and striking.  My neighbors complimented the work many times. Needed to find a roofer to replace the 27 year old roof on my Chicago bungalow.  I got 4 estimates in total.   However,  the estimate I received from Prusak,  was the most detailed,  with links to shingle and siding options.    I had multiple questions ahead of time,  to which Anne Prusak answered all and showed her knowledge of the business.   Everything they said they would do,  was followed through on 100%.    Anne and Jim both communicated everything on how the job would go.   Prusak is a family business and it shows.  The installation day they showed up before 7,  and worked until 7 to complete the job in 1 day!.    The work crew was hardworking and respectful.  There was also a supervisor on site at all times to deal with any problems.    I have quite a bit of landscaping and was concerned the tear off would damage it.   The team put up heavy tarps over everything and at the end of the day,  the clean up was amazing.   You would have not even known anyone was there.    The roof we had installed was a designer shingle by Owens-Corning and looks amazing on our home.    From the beginning to the end,   we were 100% satisfied,   from the bid,  to the installation,  clean up and follow up.    This is the firm you want to entrust your home and hard earned money with...
