Niko responded to my recommendation request right away. Before I knew it, with his drone, we were looking at the entrance a critter was making in my roof. I also knew I needed a vent replaced. Niko was able to schedule me quickly for repairs.
Unfortunately, I had other issues I was not aware of. All my vents needed sealing, my gutters, soffit and fascia had a lot of damage and were falling apart. Thank goodness I went ahead with the job. They even found a section of very rotted wood which I had no idea existed. I could have had much bigger problems down the line.
Niko took to the task and his crew did an excellent job and worked very hard even though we had rain and then snow.
Communication was excellent and Niko kept me informed every step of the way.
The quality of workmanship makes me proud. I would recommend Chicago Grace Construction for your roofing needs...

Pete and Nico were great working with me. I got a good deal on fixing my roof and they even came out on the morning of Christmas Eve, just so I wouldn't have anymore leaks in my home. The crew was quick and finished before noon. Thank you guys...

To anyone in need of a good construction company that offers lots of services to beautify your home.. Grace is a great company if you ever need siding,roofing and more..Niko took care of my project i  needed the next day, they didn’t have to think about it for 1 second.Which was why I actually decided to go with them.Everyone else couldn’t come out to give me an estimated due to having so many appts already waiting on them..But Niko kept me informed with pictures and videos.I was amazed that he was present during the whole time in making sure everything was being done correctly..So Yes this project came out Beautifully compare how ugly it was..I use to look up there and just be mad that’s how horrible this was..But now I look up there and a Big smile from ear to ear..Thank You Niko and keep up the Good work God Bless you Always....
