If you are looking for hardwood floor installation, you have arrived at the right place with Select Custom Floors. So much of getting a job done by craftsmen and women is about trust. Raphael and his crew know their craft and proved that we can trust them. They gave us a good estimate — so good that everything fit perfectly. The estimate was within our budget. We shopped for installers before making our decision — getting three estimates from three different companies. I liked that Raphael said we could go to the store to pick out our own flooring and that he would meet us there if we needed our help. We didn’t, but also true to his word, he picked up our order after we paid for it. We decided on a start date, and we emptied our closets so the floors could be laid. They told us not to worry about moving the furniture. We were surprised to find that they were able to work around our furniture and put it back in place when they finished. We tried to make the work go smoothly for them by emptying as many book laden and trinket laden pieces as possible. The results were stunning! We came home two days later to a whole different house. The floors are beautiful. The work is professional, and there is not a creak anywhere in the flooring. We were impressed when one of the workmen arrived and began listening to our floors to see where the problem areas were before the job began. Wow! Just Wow. Thank you guys for a job well done. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and their dedication. They are honest and exacting. When the job was done, we had a little flooring left over and Raphael returned the excess to the store for us. Again, honest, clean, beautiful work by a team of pleasant, hardworking folks. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work done, and our new hardwood floors and stairs look great! Rafael was very professional,  responsive, and personally saw to every detail. The crews that did various aspects of the job were efficient and knowledgeable. They handled every stage of the job from start to finish (moving furniture, installation, finishing, and thorough cleaning afterwards). We would absolutely recommend Select Custom Floors and will likely hire them again for upstairs carpeting. Great people to work with...

We are very, very pleased with Select Custom Floors. Raphael and his crew did an amazing job. They were very polite and very professional. Showed up on a Friday and even worked  to finish the job on Sunday. Answered all of our concerns before even starting the job. We had some uneven floors and they leveled them perfectly.
