Lori Johnson says: „In January of this year (2024), I noticed something happening on one side of my chimney up near the roof line. A small hole had been created and I noticed it was getting larger over a couple of weeks as I kept an eye on the area. Then, one evening near dusk, I was outside looking at the area of concern and along came a squirrel walking up my roof line. When I moved to get a closer look, the squirrel jumped through the hole it had created in my siding and entered my attic space. I remember saying to myself “oh, hell no!” The squirrel issue impacted the timeline of when to replace my siding and became my number one priority. After I had gotten four estimates and it was time to decide, what set Roof-Tastic apart for me personally came down to their warranties. Roof-Tastic’s warranties were 30 years on materials and 30 years on workmanship. The cost was ~$1200 more but worth it for the warranties. My experience with different representatives of Roof-Tastic: Davin Jones – Sales -- Davin was truly knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer any question I could come up with. Davin stayed involved in my project from the beginning to the very end. Davin was on site several of the days when the project was underway, is very personable, extremely patient, and I would work with him again, no question!! I highly recommend Davin!! Zach Missel – Site Project Manager -- It was clear to me from the start that Zach knew the details of my project inside and out when he arrived. Zach made sure everything was being done correctly and addressed any issues or concerns that came up. Zach too is very personable, able to put the homeowner’s mind at ease, and is on top of every detail of the project from start to finish. I would work with Zach again any day too, no question!! I highly recommend Zach!! Eugenio – Siding field manager -- Eugenio and his siding crew were absolutely fantastic!! Eugenio would oversee the siding work (removal and installation) every day on site, but he even did some special or additional things to make the siding installation work more smoothly and seamlessly. Day two of my siding removal and installation project was a complete rainout. However, when Eugenio and the crew showed up the day after the rain out there were nine siding crew members to make up for the lost day. These guys work extremely hard, and extraordinarily long days and we were back on schedule in no time. Very Impressive!! I would want ONLY Eugenio and his crew on any siding project I might have from here out!! Highly recommend!! Erik – Painting field manager -- The day painting my home began, a crew of four men arrived on site. What another excellent group of guys!! I watched these guys paint my home from time to time and they were very meticulous with a focus on detail. Their prep work was top notch and made the painting process go much quicker and much smoother. It was clear they took immense pride in their work and the fact they were all related to each other made it about family pride too in a job well done. Highly recommend!! My entire home improvement project was completed on schedule and the quality was better than I could have expected when this endeavor began. I would highly recommend Roof-Tastic and each of these guys (by name) to anyone and everyone!! For such a big undertaking, everyone made it go so smoothly and eased any concern I could have had about anything. Also worth noting is things would get quite messy during the day while work was happening, but before each crew left for the day, they would clean up and scan for nails on the ground. I really liked the area around my house being cleaned up each day too!! Thank you for that attention!! Thank you so very much, everyone at Roof-Tastic for an impressive job on my home improvement project!! When it is time to re-roof my home, I know I only need to make ONE phone call now!!
