When dealing with a five star++ Company it is quite amazing to see how we all have been experiencing the same well thought out game plans to get our roof replaced By the roof guys!!! I don’t believe that I will be saying anything that hasn’t been said about this company on other reviews, but only with Different words. I’ll start with the vision of the owners that is passed down to an amazing team of worker bees! (That’s the strongest comparison, that I can make for such an amazingly congruent team!) We had the blessing of watching our neighbors roof being put on by “ The Roof Guys “. I sat in wonderment as I watched the most fluid and scientific workers install a roof less than eight hours. That was an added plus to my introduction of their marvelous team. When we started shopping for a roof, we had Two other premium roofers in the area that had given us quotes. When Leo from The roof guys sat with us with his low-key demeanor on the sales call, we decided to go with the roof guys. All three prices were close to each other, but Mr. Leo has a way of explaining his vision of the company and what they do to make one feel comfortable! This type Of comfort It was going to never stopped during the whole process!!. To our surprise, it was a lot less than we thought. It was going to cost less because of the roof guys buying power on the shingle market , because of the number of roofs they do per year. That was a pleasant plus. Signing the contract, crossing the T’s And dotting the I’s, It was time for action. That most excellent install crew headed by Juan and seven others came in to do their Fluid and scientific work on our house. We were told they would be starting at six. UNDERSTANDABLE!!! The heat outside starting around 11 is exhaustive. We were doing full roof and an outbuilding shed. Starting at six and finishing at 10:45 except for all of the crew members with their own magnets going around through the yard and the garden to collect anything that missed being caught by the tarps that surrounded the house. This amazing company of leaders, and that is everyone that we were in contact with, but they all had somebody to answer to, did the “ bend over backwards “ for us on more than one occasion during this whole process! Starting with the owners, yes, but then there was a litany of team members headed by the effervescent and most determined Leo, whose vision for customer service, and employee teamwork is nothing less than superlative!!! And his young team responds with the same customer vision that Leo has to make this the most Pleasant experience for the customer possible!! Kudos/kudos/kudos 5-star++ Look no further, even if the financial end is Different from other quotes, because the old adage “ You get what you pay for”….. Is highly alive with this competent and wonderful team!!! Thank you, Leo, Wes, Josh, Connor, Juan and his team and anybody else that I forgot and all of the behind-the-scenes people that made this wonderful event happen!!!! THANK YOU………………!!...“ Show more
