Great experience! Mike informed us of grant money through My Safe Florida Home and waited for us to be approved before starting work. Our roof was nearly 30 years old but at the time of our application we had no active leaks. Shortly after being approved for the grant money we had some bad weather that exposed a big leak over our master bathroom. Knowing that we were going to replace the roof entirely, Mike did a quick fix to prevent further leaking into our home while he worked on scheduling our replacement. He then expedited the process, got our permit approved, tore off the old roof and replaced the rotting plywood. Mike was present during the work to oversee issues and provided updates along the way. Great communication and customer service. The roof looks great and the price was fair. Definitely recommended...
