Dynamic Remodel & Repair was fantastic to work with! When we bought our house a little over a year ago we knew we were getting a roof well past its prime and siding that was just as old but over the year some leaks and loose siding flapping in the wind let us know we needed to act now. Phil, Nicole, and their teams took what could be a very stressful major project and made it easy for us. If you're like me and are overwhelmed by the number of home improvement contractors out there do yourself a big favor and give Dynamic a call. Not only were they easy, their prices are great. From our first consultation all the way through the end of the project Phil and Nicole were there to answer any questions and always available for us no matter how bust they were. We never felt pressured into products we didn't need, everything was explained clearly to us along the way. At the beginning we even got to see digital renderings of what our project would look like when completed, that was great for my wife and I as we can be just a little indecisive. By using Dynamic for our roof, siding, fascia, window capping, and gutters our home went from tired to admired! I smile now every time I pull into my driveway. We had a stress free process with no major issues but I am totally confident that Phil and Nicole would've handled any problems that came up along the way. We can't thank Dynamic Remodel and Repair enough for giving us a home we can be proud of and an exterior we don't have to worry about every time it rains...

Had roof installed by Dynamic for 5 years now with no issues. Just recently had them out to re do my deck. New composite deck. Everything from communication to install went smooth. There was an issue with the lumber distributor dropping off the wrong size lumber and Phil went out of his way to load it on his truck to prevent any delays. 5 star company and if you're hesitant to give them a try, stop wasting your time and give them a call. Phil and his team recently completed a new roof on our home. Phil was very communicative during the entire process. He clearly explained our options, pointed us to other completed homes in the area, and worked within our budget. The team arrived early on the scheduled project day and diligently as well as efficiently worked until the task was completed.  They put down cloths and cleaned the area. After our first storm, no leaks appeared, and there were no nails were found in the driveway. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
