I love my new roof and siding! Zach was very communicative and professional. Roofing was completed very quickly, and I special ordered some decorative siding for the dormers that took a few weeks to arrive which was expected. Zach kept me posted throughout the entire process. Thunderstruck even went the extra mile by putting a chimney cap that had blown off in a wind storm back on our chimney for us and sending proof of our new roof to our homeowners insurance when they requested documentation. I cannot say enough great things about this company. When they first came in to do the inspection for my new roof, the first thing that really stood out to me, was the non-aggressive sales tactic. They were professional, polite, and put no pressure on us at all. The two previous roofers, who came into my home I couldn’t get to leave after they gave me outrageously high quotes. Zach Jarome is extremely professional, courteous and has given us great customer service. Thunderstruck Roofing did a beautiful job replacing the roof at our Townhouse.  Trying to be conservative for our sake, he tried patching it first, however, those shingles were over 20+ years and, after that really horrible storm, we had to put on a new whole roof. Which, he did say we might. Zach even gave  us credit for the patching off a very reasonable price.  He was not the first the first business we called, however, he is  our guy now.
He even came and unclogged our gutters at our house and because it was a simple unclogging he didn’t  charge us. I mean come on. Who does that anymore? Most people would have charged us for their trouble. He responds quickly whether text or calls. No ghosting at all. He communicates and that is an asset that most businesses no longer understand.
