Excellent customer service from the initial phone call with Louis (Lewis) to the complete install from Tyrone.

I was getting terrible service from my home warranty company, so I decided to cancel my request with them and look for someone myself.  I contacted a few local companies before calling The Plumbing Legends.  Louis was very patient with me (not rushing me off the phone with my questions).  He made me feel comfortable selecting PL.  Communication was excellent.  Right away, I received emails confirming my appointment.  I received notification about my techs arrival status, etc.  When my tech (Tyrone) arrived, he was professional and a very respectful young man.  Tyrone explained, in detail, my options for equipment and service plans (if I should be interested).  He even went online to show me equipment comparisons.  He then went to pickup the equipment.  From the store, he called me to explain and verify some things before the purchase.   He came back to my house and had the sump pump with battery installed in no time.   I was so impressed that I had another service done the same evening.  This time on my water tank.  Great work from The Plumbing Legends!  I am absolutely using them again.  Oh, and I did get the home warranty service plan...
