The team that arrived got it done despite looking at a total of 5 vendors none of which could without additional carpentry.  Fry was the only place who found the unit that would fit. We had a sudden leak from our first-floor shower into the basement this morning, and Bill Fry came highly recommended -- for good reason! They had a technician to us within the hour. Michael W. was polite, professional and extremely helpful. He figured out our shower problem and also provided very reasonable bids for other work I told him we were planning.
