I don’t usually write reviews but had to after having such an incredible experience working with Lance and Ethos. Lance handled every aspect of our insurance claim which involved roofing, gutters, painting, screens and a complete deck rebuild. The original insurance estimate was extremely low but Lance and team negotiated the claim to where it rightly should have been in the first place. Communication was excellent and work scheduling was streamlined and done to my standards (which are a bit high!). Thank you so much for the fabulous experience and I’ll surely be recommending you to others...

When searching for a quality roofing company, look no further than Ethos.  Lance, my contact with the company could not have  been any more of a professional in terms of how he handled the initial engagement and communication from the first time we met to get an estimate all the way through to the completion of the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who might have a negative view of dealing with contractors/ construction folks/ or builders in general.  I was not looking forward to this process, but I was much overdue to get a new roof, and much to my surprise, Lance with Ethos made the process easy.  He is an incredibly pleasant person to work with and went above and beyond in terms of effort and being thorough about communication from beginning to end.  The quality of the work is top notch. Altogether my experience went way beyond my initial expectations.  Five stars all the way around in my book...

We needed a patch on our roof this fall so we called and spoke with Sam S. Sam was so great! He got us set up with a team who came out and had us fixed up within a week. He was very communicative and easy to work with. He made sure we were well informed every step of the way and made the whole process super easy. The cost of repair was less than I was expecting. His roofing guys were so good and completed our job on a very steep section of our roof with ease and efficiency. 10/10 for service, efficiency, cost, and overall ease from start to finish. It has been a great experience working with Lance at Ethos in replacing our roof after hail damage.  Lance is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.  He is super helpful in helping us working with the insurance company and offering suggestions of the best course of action. He is also very flexible in accommodating my work schedule for meeting and discussion.  I cannot say enough good things about working with Lance, and highly recommend him...
