I recently contacted Jeff at Pristine Roofing to get an estimate for roof repairs. Jeff explained the process, his recommendations and he was very easy to work with. After getting a couple other estimates, I quickly determined Pristine had earned my business.  Jeff was able to get the repairs done within a matter of weeks which was a great comfort to me. Pristine was able to seamlessly match the repairs with my existing roof and it looks great. Another nice touch was the clean-up Pristine did during the entire process. If your looking for ease, professionalism and quality, I recommend giving Pristine a shot at your business...

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pristine Roofing
, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. They provided high-quality shingles (Certainteed Landmark Solaris asphalt shingles) to replace the damaged ones under the AC pad, that not only look fantastic but also promise to last a long time. They also replaced the damaged plywood under at the eaves, all at a very reasonable price.

What truly stood out to me was the personal touch I received from Nick. He was incredibly polite, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. His caring approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

The roofing they installed was fine but they are seriously lacking in professionalism. They left piles of trash in my driveway that blew around when the winds picked up (which they do most afternoons). I had to clean it up. There was also trash and water bottles scattered around the house. They left boxes/heavy items on the roof that could have slid off. At least one of the employees was drinking on the job and chucking bottles around my property. I found yet another bottle just the other day. They were terrible with communication and would show up unexpectedly for a day every few weeks. And the job actually still isn't done because I still don't have a handle for the manual venting skylight they installed! I also asked them to get the details on my replacement skylights so I could see if they qualified for the IRA reimbursement. They said they would get it to me. Three months later I still don't have the information. They seemed so easy to work with in the beginning that I was recommending them to others. I'm not recommending them anymore...

I contacted Pristine Roofing to get a quote for our roof.  They responded quickly getting someone scheduled to come out inspect our roof and give us a quote.  Not long after we signed the contract, the crew was out here removing the old roofing material and replacing/repairing bad areas and putting on our new roof!  I was amazed at how fast they got the job done!  Also impressed with the warranty...
