We had an outstanding experience working with Dana Logsdon Roofing on our new home. From the very beginning—even before we closed on the house—the team was involved, doing a thorough roof inspection that helped us better understand what we were getting into. Once we moved forward, they came back quickly with clear, detailed options and a plan that fit our needs and budget.

Communication throughout the project was excellent. They were responsive, transparent, and always available to talk through details or questions. The work itself was completed incredibly quickly, and the quality was top-notch. Even when unexpected hurdles came up (none of which were their fault), they adapted and handled everything smoothly and professionally.

I have been working with Dan Logsden's roofing and gutter team since 2018 and they have completed many jobs on many different buildings over the years to a high standard of excellence.  Whether a complete re-roof or just repair, the team has always advised appropriate action to take to make things water-tight without breaking the bank and overselling a new roof when not needed.  We manage many apartment buildings and expenses are a critical line item they continually help us keep in check. They have solved many leak problems quickly, effectively, and in expensively over the years.

Back in 2019 we were in search of a composite shake shingle for a mansford roof to reduce fire hazard and future maintenance.  They were very instrumental in searching and acquiring the right product with Davinci that was not widely used at the time.
I would highly recommend Dana Logsden Roofing & Solar.  They show up on time when scheduled, do what they say they are going to do, offer fair pricing better than other quotes we ever received, & they stand behind their work.  A great partner to have in the real estate industry.

Robbie came by this morning and installed our solar tube. He did such a great job, he was right on time, did everything to make sure it was installed professionally and he cleaned up really well after he was done! We are so pleased with their services and will definitely be using this company for all our roofing needs in the future...
