He listened carefully to our needs and catered to what we sought in our home. Second, Troy immediately had Ronnie come to our house to inspect the job. It was a 15-hour turnaround. Ronnie was very courteous, and he placed covers on his shoes. He was extremely knowledgeable. Within an hour after Ronnie departed. Next, Troy called us to let us know the findings in our attic. We did not have enough wires, and it was concerning to them. Troy said they would be fixing the wires in our attic for our systems to work properly. Let me bring you back to the other quotes that we had gotten and not one of the other places told us about the wires. I was impressed with Day & Night. This is why Day & Night is the ELITE. They go above and beyond what is expected. After that, Troy immediately had Willy contact us with prices. Then, Troy scheduled a crew and called me to let me know they would be at my home the next day to install two 19 Sear units. Yes, two! We have had no air for two weeks and for Day & Night to move so quickly for us will never be forgotten. The next day, I received a text saying, Pike has arrived (one of the crew members) and it was a text with information about him. It was a very friendly beginning to the day. Pick instructed us on what was next to come. The rest of the crew arrived, Andrew (Lead and I saw online that he was Employee of the Year), Pike, Danny (BTW he received Employee of the Month), Matt, Jeff, and Brayan. I had many questions, and they answered all of them with a smile. They reassured me that the wires would be fixed since I was mostly concerned about that. They placed material on the path they needed to work on the systems. They were respectful of my three dogs too. Andrew is an amazing lead as he got them all together and assigned them a job and they said "Yes, sir" and they all got to work. I also noticed that Andrew went to each area (upstairs attic, garage attic, and outside area to install the new air conditioners to make sure everyone knew their job. Andrew is a very excellent lead. Danny and Pike answered the additional questions that I had during the day. They were respectful and would show me the areas to which they were referring too. That meant a lot to me because I do not know a lot about the systems and such. Pike was patient when communicating with me, as well. These men are a strong team, and they know excellent customer service. Andrew also patiently showed me how to use the new air panel and helped me add it to my phone. Matt, Jeff, and Brayan made sure the cleanup was top-notch. When they left, I could not tell they were in my home, except for the amazing cool air. A special thank you to all of you!
