I can't say enough about this company. Albert came to give us a estimate on our roof and was very professional and friendly. He took everything we said and made it happen. They also offered financing which is another plus. Our roof was leaking and we voiced this to Albert and his staff.  Three days later we had a new roof. The crew showed up at 7am and was completely done by lunch. They kept their work very clean and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone...

Thank you Albert for everything you have done for us. The crew did a really good job and showed up a little after 7 in the morning. My solar company came out at 8 to uninstall and by the time the solar company came back about 2:45 pm, they were done with the roof. They then got to work on the siding that needed replaced and everything came out nicely. Everybody including the solar company was done about 6 pm...

We have had a long and frustrating experience with Arcadia.  We were in the process of purchasing a house when a tornado hit Rogers.  The seller of the house chose Arcadia.  They came out and measured to replace the siding (and measured incorrectly and ordered too little).  That not only concerned us because measuring is extremely important in construction, but since they say they do siding, this should not have been an easy error to make.  They were not responsive and left the site with a lot of construction debris.  They did not add the siding to the chimney cap even after "completing" the siding.  They left the downspouts in the yard, which were to be reattached.  Their workmanship was not good either.  Screws were put in with the head of the screws not flush with the lighting fixtures, but protruding.  The caulking around the windows was like a preschool finger-painting project.   The seller had to escrow funds to complete the project post-closing since Arcadia was taking so long.  Even after closing the first of July and we are now in mid-September, the work has not been completed and the seller still cannot get her money since the work has not been done.  I would encourage anyone considering this company to seek another contractor...

Arcadia roofing recently performed a complete roof and gutter replacement on my house. We were victims of the recent storm and our insurance company had a preferred relationship with Arcadia. They showed up a couple of days after the storm and upon inspection found three areas of the roof that was damaged. The very next day Arcadia was there to tarp the roof areas preventing any damage to the interior. Arcadia took all of the pictures necessary for the insurance claim adjuster. The insurance submission process was easy because of Arcadia. After ordering the materials Arcadia was ready to perform the repair within two weeks. The work was 95% complete in one day and only needed to show up the next morning for a few hours to finish up minor items and perform the final cleanup. Working with Jay from Arcadia was easy mostly because of the superb communication every step of the way. Overall it was a 5 star experience and I would certainly recommend to others. By the way.....my neighbors are still waiting for their roof repair...
