The company is closing, leaving customers with unfinished projects and unpaid deposits. One customer, Mike Lamb, is pursuing legal action after paying $8,000 for uncompleted work. The state's Contractor Recovery Fund may offer some relief to affected homeowners, but the extent of the impact on customers is still unclear. The company cooperated with the investigation and is reportedly working on confessions of judgment with homeowners. The state stayed $37,500 in penalties against the company to allow homeowners and other creditors priority access to any remaining funds. The revocation order also prohibits the owner and another individual from reapplying for a contractor's license for 10 years.
