Matt Jones says: „Our experience with Martin's Home Improvement for our bathroom remodel was excellent. Martin came to our home and provided an estimate for the work that would be required. He also suggested stores for all of the items that we had to choose and purchase (tiles, tub, toilet, sink, faucets, etc.). However, stores were not set in stone, so we used the stores Martin recommended as well as other stores, which worked out just fine. Martin and his team performed the demolition and removal of the old bathroom, which had a lot of old tile all over the floors and walls. There was a pedestal sink where the new tub is and the old tile shower was where the new vanity is. The old door opened into the bathroom and hit the sink and the shower was too small/tight for most adults. Once demo was complete Martin had Mario perform all of the work, except for a small bit or boiler work which required a separate licensed professional. Mario was truly a wonderful individual. He was very kind and respectful of our home and was able to perform all of the work for our bathroom, from tiles, to electric, to painting, to plumbing, etc. Mario also had to cut out a new door for the space and move it to accommodate where the tub went. This posed different challenges along the way, as this is a small space, so plumbing vents and electric had to be taken into consideration when moving the door. A sliding door was installed to reduce intrusiveness, so yet another challenge, making sure the wall to the left had the space for the door along with space for the tub and shower plumbing. He was very knowledgeable in all of the areas and the end result really speaks to how skilled he is. Mario worked in our child's room and even to this day (~6 months later) our son still talks about him, because he really left a lasting impression on him. Once the job was completed, Martin came around and ensured everything was finished to our standards. I would 100% go with Martin's Home Improvement again for our home repair or remodeling needs. Not only because the job was finished extremely well and matched our vision, but because once the supplies were purchased (on us) the process moved pretty quickly, which we definitely appreciated as we had a new baby on the way. Robert Kerr says: „WilLine builders has just completed a rear screened porch at our Delaware home. The process from bidding to completion was very enjoyable with the outcome nothing short of amazing as you can see from the pictures. From the very beginning of the process, we could see that Ben and his company were much different that the response that we received from some local companies that we asked to bid. Not only did we want to have our dilapidated small deck replaced and upgraded, we also wanted a small area in the rear re-graded due to rain water runoff issues and removal of unsightly pavers to a concrete area. Ben did not blink an eye with these requests and even made suggestions during the project construction. Other companies either didn't want to do everything that we wanted, or did not include all items in their bid---one company ghosted us after visiting our home and looking at the tasks involved. But Ben and WilLine really stepped up and provided drawings of their proposal so that we could get a visual idea of what their finished product would look like. Our process started in the fall of 2023, and we were in no hurry to have this completed. We gave WilLine a late winter to early spring starting estimate and it fit perfectly into their schedule. WilLine started the porch near the end of February. WilLine's crew was professional and very dedicated. They were very careful not to disturb any area in our rear yard that was not necessary. They arrived promptly each workday and put in full days. The amount of work and progress each day was amazing. WilLine used quality materials and their efforts as a team could be compared to a well oiled machine. Ben would visit our site regularly, keeping us informed of the progress and what to expect next in our project. After the porch was completed, the picture was completed with new concrete (even a new tie-in sidewalk to our pool) and then landscaping that included Sod and new stone to spruce up our rear yard. The difference between the beginning look and the final look of our rear yard is amazing. The value of what WilLine did for us was much more than the price we paid. I would be proud to show off our new screened porch to anyone who is looking for a contractor for their own project. I will recommend WilLine Builders to anyone here in Delaware who asks about our porch. The distance to us here in Middletown DE did not make a difference to them and we are glad that it didn't...“ Show more
