CiCi was so helpful in educating us on how to manage the right decisions and including any changes that might come up when dealing with insurance regardless of who we choose to use as our contractor. Our Options were well explained, fortified roof upgrade, shingle upgrades, warranty options, and all other aspects of the project showing how our property would be protected during installation by our salesman Bruce. He also found some damage on one of our copper dormers that had been missed by others who had already made an inspection so that damage was documented and included on our scope of work. He worked closely with us during shingle selection providing samples, even going with us to a location where we had seen a shingle we liked the color of but selected a GAF UHDZ upgrade with unlimited wind warranty that we are very pleased with. He even told us of a property with that selection close by that we were able to look at that helped us with our final selection. We felt like they were the company for us, but now we know for certain and are definitely pleased with our choice. If you need a crew that is specialized in roofing look no further! Kevin was the supervisor on our job and I knew we were in good hands from day 1. They worked during a challenging time when rain was hard to predict. But the decisions they made when a couple of rain events came up having tarps on hand kept us well protected during our installation, clearly Monarch is very sensitive to protecting customers properly during an installation. Even though they still have a copper roof to replace on one of the front dormers that an outside shop had not yet completed I wanted to get this review out.
